How much rok can I drink per day?
Our opinion is to start with one bottle per day, and see how you feel. To date we haven’t heard of any rokstars having issues, so feel free to drink up and rok on!
Where can I buy rok?
You will find the answers you seek on our stockist page.
Can kombucha be stored out of the fridge?
Nope - this stuff is alive my friend! True kombucha (like ours) is raw and alive, meaning that it must be held at less than 4 degrees Celsius to halt the fermentation process and to keep the good bugs happily in suspended animation.
Spot a Kombucha out of refrigeration and it’s either pasteurized, filtered or potentially illegally alcoholic.
Will I get drunk if I drink too much rok?
Try as hard as you want rokstars (trust us we have) but there is no way you can get drunk on rok!
Is rok certified organic?
Hell yes we are! rok is fully certified organic by Australian Certified Organic (ACO).
Is rok pasteurized/heat treated?
NEVER! As soon as you heat or pasteurize Kombucha you kill the good bugs! Kombucha simply becomes flavoured water - and that’s pretty dull.
Does rok use any “natural flavours”?
At rok we don’t believe in “natural flavours” i.e. flavours derived from a natural source that are then modified in a laboratory and could contain between 50-100 ingredients! No thanks - we’re el naturale baby!
Why are probiotics good for me?
Probiotics provide a balance in the intestinal microbiota, normalizing processes in the gut and boosting the immune system. Basically these little bugs are super important for our health. So get the good bugs in ya!
Is rok low sugar?
Absolutely! On average rok has 3g of sugar per 100ml. Most soft drinks and juices sit at about 11g per 100ml.
Does rok contain natural sweeteners?
Heck no! rok only consists of organic, pure ingredients. We don’t believe in using sweeteners such as stevia to alter the flavour of rok. We are pure raw organic kombucha and we are proud of it!
What are those floaty things?
That’s the good stuff - bits of yeast and bacteria. When you see floaty bits, you know your booch is alive and rok-ing. So drink up!
